How to Move Out

When you are ready to vacate your unit all you need to do is email our team using the form on the left, advising us of your name, unit number and move out date.  Please remember that we require 14 days notice for intended move outs. If for any reason you would like to stay longer than you planned, don't worry, again just contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Deposits are refunded in full providing your unit is left swept out and undamaged.  In the event of your unit not being left in a satisfactory condition, any cleaning or repairs will be deducted from your bond.

Now is also a good time to advise your insurance provider that your items are no longer in storage.
